Job Purpose of An Events Manager
- Plan and execute successful events, ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional attendee experiences.
- Manage all aspects from conception to completion, aligning with client objectives and delivering memorable occasions.
Job Duties As An Events Manager At Transguard Group Dubai, UAE
- Manage events from A (inquiry) to Z.
- Be the key liaison between event guests and the pavilion.
- Manage event agreements, ensuring they follow pavilion guide lines.
- Establish strong cooperative and business partner relationships through communications.
- Ensure that all events are delivered to a high standard.
- Coordinate with internal and external stake holders to ensure that all event requirements are met.
- Coordinate with every department to provide high standard service to clients before and during events.
- Work closely with PGM/PDGM on event planning.
- Manage and lead the event team, ensuring that all team members understand their roles, and that they deliver excellent customer service.
- Collect feedback from guests after the events and establish action plans, based on that feedback, for further service.
- If paid events occur conduct market research to stay informed on market trends.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and that all vendor invoices are paid on time.
- Manage financial and budget reports as well as making event pricing strategies.
- Ensure to achieve business goals through making revenue and expense balance.

Qualification
- A bachelor’s degree in fields like Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- 3-5 years of event and banquet working experience.
- 1-2 years of team leading.
- GCC working experience.
- International working experience.
- International company experience.
