Abu Dhabi Ports is currently hiring suitable candidate for the job role of a Logistics Driver. The selected candidate will be responsible for the transportation of men and materials to required work sites of AD Ports. Candidates with driving or transportatioj background are invited to hurriedly make use of this opportunity.

Job Purpose of A Driver

Responsible to transport materials, equipment, and staff of the organization to the areas where they are required, especially related to mooring and diving activities.

Job Duties of A Driver

• Transport crew from port to port as per operation requirements.
• Transport Mooring team/divers as required for operations.
• Load/unload organizations merchandize.
• Transport products, materials and staff timely and securely to the required areas.
• Keep the vehicles perfect and clean at all times by washing both inside and outside parts.
• Carry out frequent inspections/checks of vehicles to see if they are perfect to drive.
• In case of any accident or damage to the vehicle, report the matter immediately to supervisor.
• Perform periodic maintenance of vehicles, such as changing batteries and engine oil at appropriate time.
• Maintain vehicles driving and maintenance records.
• Dress professionally in accordance with company’s dress code.
• Comply with AD Ports safety policy and procedures.
• Perform any other duty as assigned by the Manager.

Qualification & Experience

• At least secondary school.
• Must be in possesion of UAE Driving license (not less than 4 years old).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role.
