Job Description

GMG is seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Digital Display & Content Management Assistant to play a key role in enhancing in-store digital and interactive touchpoints. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns while ensuring the seamless functionality of digital signage systems. Collaborate across teams, troubleshoot technical challenges, and contribute to creating innovative and engaging customer experiences through digital platforms experience. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-13000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Digital Display & Content Management Assistant

  • Technical Oversight and Maintenance:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of digital signage systems, including media players, screens, and interactive kiosks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and content delivery systems.
  • Perform system updates, hardware configurations, and routine maintenance to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
  • Collaborate with vendors and technical support teams to manage repairs, upgrades, and replacements for digital signage hardware.
  • Campaign Execution and Content Management:
  • Utilize CMS to upload, validate, and schedule content for digital screens and kiosks.
  • Ensure content accuracy, proper formatting, and consistent branding across all digital platforms.
  • Optimize digital campaigns by analyzing system performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement seasonal launches, promotional updates, and brand campaigns with a focus on technical precision and timely execution.
  • In-Store Digital Operations:
  • Conduct regular system audits to assess the functionality and quality of digital touchpoints.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and integration of new digital screens and interactive devices in stores.
  • Monitor system logs and alerts to proactively address potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital systems align with operational and branding objectives.

Requirements for Role of Digital Display & Content Management Assistant

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3 –5 years of experience in managing digital signage systems, CMS platforms, or related technical operations, preferably in retail, hospitality, real estate or consumer facing environment.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with media players, network configurations, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues in digital media systems.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Proficiency in digital signage tools, CMS platforms, and content scheduling systems.
  • Basic proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid analytical skills to interpret system performance data and optimize operations.
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication abilities to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
