Job Description

GMG is looking for an Area Visual Merchandiser to join their team and help us craft visually compelling in-store displays that enhance the customer experience and maximize sales. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 7000-15000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Area Visual Merchandiser

  • Visual Merchandising: Design and implement store displays that reflect their brand’s aesthetic, align with corporate guidelines, and drive customer interest.
  • Consistency Across Locations: Maintain uniform visual standards across multiple stores in your designated area.
  • Training & Development: Train store teams on best practices for product placement, display techniques, and visual standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and retail teams to align in-store displays with marketing campaigns.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Evaluate the success of visual merchandising strategies by analyzing sales performance and customer feedback.

Requirements for Role of Area Visual Merchandiser

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years as a Visual Merchandiser, ideally in a retail environment. Experience managing visual projects across multiple locations is a plus.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Exceptional creativity with an eye for design and detail.
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD) is a bonus.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Languages: Fluent English is required; Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage.
