Emirates Islamic Bank is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Digital Banking Lead. The job holder is responsible to manage the development of EI CRM to effectively contribute to the banks’ overall profitability and growth targets. The job holder is responsible for managing delivery of superior customer service and adherence to bank’s internal policy and external Regulations throughout CRM application.

Responsibilities of Digital Banking Lead

  • To work closely with the ENBD counterparts in order to ensure an overall synergy for CRM transformation is achieved and maintained.
  • Achieve EI digital KPI’s, including CRM based P&L analysis setup and extensive measurement improvements on measuring CRM utilization & project impacts on automation penetration.
  • The lead will also be working closely with the Group Agile squads responsible for:
    • Releasing a service that meets his business units needs to achieve the bank’s goals assigned to squad
    • Defining and prioritizing requirements (stories) in the Squad Backlog and accepting requirements (stories) as completed
    • Managing the product: Develop and align product vision with relevant stakeholders; define product requirements (stories); accept results at demonstration
    • Setting targets and work priorities: Prioritize the backlog of his/her squad in terms of requirements (stories) to achieve business goals; ensures the squad correctly understands the requirements
    • Participating in Squad development: Together with the Head of Agile Delivery and Chapter Leads, define the set of necessary competences in the squad

Requirements of Digital Banking Lead

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting or in Finance.
  • Must have 2-3 years of hands on experience and proven knowledge of the relevant business.
