Deputy Manager Automotive Industry NAFFCO Dubai

NAFFCO is currently looking to hire a Deputy Manager (Assembly) in Automotive Industry at Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, UAE.  This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 8000-10000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Deputy Manager

• Oversee and manage assembly operations in compliance with company standards and guidelines.
• Supervise and train assembly line staff to ensure efficient production processes.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product output.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely supply of materials.
• Implement safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment for all staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Assist the Manager in strategic planning and decision-making for the assembly department.
• Generate reports on production output, efficiency and any areas of improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to improve assembly processes.

Requirements for Role of Deputy Manager

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant quality management programs.
• At least 5 years of experience in assembly operations within the automotive industry.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus.
• Strong technical skills in assembly line processes and machinery.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
