Banking industry is presently hiring well educated and detail oriented candidates for the job of Customer Service Representative to join their team in Dubai. The job holder will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns
Requirements of Customer Service Representative
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience of 1-2 years in customer service or related field preferred
Skills and Knowledge desire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
