About the Role

The Consultant Dermatologist at Mubadala Health Dubai will provide expert consultations and management for adult patients across a wide range of dermatological conditions. Furthermore, the role involves conducting outpatient clinics and performing dermatological procedures in line with approved scope of practice. Moreover, the successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert dermatology consultations and management for adult patients across a wide range of medical and surgical skin conditions
• Conduct outpatient clinics and perform dermatological procedures in line with scope of practice and facility privileges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on international best-practice guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety activities
• Contribute to patient education, counselling, and long-term disease management where applicable
• Support clinical research and evidence-based practice development within the department
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation for all patient interactions

Requirements

• Recognised medical degree with Consultant-level qualification in Dermatology (e.g. CCT/CCST, American Board, or equivalent)
• Eligibility for DOH licensure as a Consultant Dermatologist
• Demonstrated post-qualification experience at Consultant level in a reputable clinical setting
• Strong clinical judgment with a patient-focused and ethical approach to care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
