CME Accreditation and Compliance Specialist at MBRU Dubai Full-time

Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU) in Dubai is seeking a CME Accreditation and Compliance Specialist to join the Office of Continuing Medical Education (OCME). Additionally, this full-time, on-site position is responsible for ensuring continuous compliance with Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) standards across all institutional CME activities. The specialist will provide oversight of accreditation documentation and serve as the primary resource for compliance-related matters. Key Responsibilities

As a CME Accreditation and Compliance Specialist at MBRU, you will monitor and ensure continuous compliance with ACCME Criteria, Policies, and Standards for Integrity and Independence across all CME activities. Moreover, you will review CME activity requests, educational plans, disclosures, financial relationships, and supporting documentation for adherence to accreditation requirements. In addition, you will audit the planning, delivery, and post-activity documentation of CME activities to ensure alignment with standards and internal policies. Furthermore, you will identify compliance gaps, recommend corrective actions, provide ongoing education and training to internal teams on ACCME requirements, prepare compliance reports, and support reaccreditation applications and progress reports.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in healthcare administration, public health, quality management, or a related field.
