Commercial Support Coordinator at MBRU Dubai
Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU) is seeking a dedicated Commercial Support Coordinator to join their Office of Continuing Medical Education (OCME) in Dubai. Additionally, this role plays a vital part in managing the commercial and financial aspects of ACCME-accredited continuing medical education activities. Furthermore, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines governing commercial support in healthcare education.
Key Responsibilities for Commercial Support Coordinator at Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences Dubai
The Commercial Support Coordinator will oversee sponsorships and letters of agreement (LOAs) for CME activities at MBRU. Moreover, this position involves ensuring the proper receipt, allocation, and documentation of commercial support funds. In addition, the coordinator will manage budgeting and financial reporting for all CME-related commercial activities. Furthermore, the role requires maintaining accurate records and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency in financial processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, or healthcare management. Additionally, experience in managing commercial support, sponsorships, or financial coordination within a healthcare or educational setting is highly preferred.
