Looking for Clinical Psychologist jobs in Dubai? Dubai Autism Center is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join their multidisciplinary team in Dubai, UAE. About the Role
The Clinical Psychologist at Dubai Autism Center will provide comprehensive psychological assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Furthermore, this senior-level role requires a professional with at least 5 years of post-qualifying experience working with children with autism. Moreover, the psychologist will collaborate with therapists, educators, and families to deliver evidence-based treatment approaches. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic and creative team player committed to making a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavioral intervention strategies
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions for children with ASD
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on case management and planning
- Support parent counseling and family psychoeducation programs
- Contribute to research initiatives and evidence-based practice development
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff and interns
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate level qualification in Clinical Psychology
- Must be licensable by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA licensed is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualifying experience working with children with autism
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English
- Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate team player
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention skills
- Experience with evidence-based ASD treatment modalities
