About the Role
The Clinical Dietician and Nutritionist will provide evidence-based nutritional assessments and dietary interventions through CallADOC’s telehealth platform. Furthermore, the role involves developing personalized meal plans, managing medical nutrition therapy, and counseling patients on chronic disease management through diet. Moreover, the successful candidate will leverage digital health tools to reach patients across Dubai and the broader UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual nutritional assessments and develop individualized dietary care plans for patients
- Provide medical nutrition therapy for patients with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and other chronic conditions
- Deliver telehealth nutrition consultations using the CallADOC digital platform
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits, weight management, and lifestyle modifications
- Monitor patient dietary progress and adjust nutrition plans based on clinical outcomes
- Coordinate with physicians and clinical staff regarding patient nutrition requirements
- Develop educational content on nutrition and wellness for the telehealth platform
- Maintain detailed patient nutrition records in compliance with DHA regulations
- Support community health initiatives and preventive nutrition awareness programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Valid DHA license or eligibility for DHA licensing as a Clinical Dietician
- Minimum 2 years of clinical dietetics experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience with telehealth or virtual consultation platforms is preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and dietary assessment tools
- Excellent patient counseling and communication skills in English
