Job Purpose of A Cleaning Supervisor

To ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the premises by leading and advising the cleaning team to follow the prescribed methods and frequencies in line with the needs of the cleaning specifications.

Your Job Duties As A Cleaning Supervisor At Transguard Group Dubai

• Complete all weekly time sheets and hand over to admin support within the correct time limited.
• Complete and document all monthly stock counts and then hand over to the admin support.
• Monitor all purchase requests and check & sign deliveries.
• Responsible for onsite cleaning training, development and reviewing the team, to check completion of all training records.
• Ensure that any additional transport requirements are adhered too and work alongside the transport division to ensure smooth running.
• Follow company cleaning policy and procedures at all times.
• Report all sickness, absence and holidays  of cleaning team in line with company procedures.
• Ensure team work within individual teams & Interfaces regularly with the customers & clients.
• Encourage & handle customers feedback quickly and effectively, in a positive manner.
• Perform any other cleaning task as asked by the senior authority, which may fall under the job role.

Eligibility Criteria?

Qualification

• High School Diploma.

Experience 

• 2-5 years experience in same role.

Skills Required

• Effective communication.

• Minimum English Language Level (by Transguard Group Standards).
