Responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer

• Financial Strategy and Leadership:
• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Financial Management and Oversight:
• Safeguard the company’s financial interests and ensure compliance with global IFRS standards and local regulations.
• Oversee financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Strategic Financial Planning:
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop financial performance indicators to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
• Risk Management and Compliance:
• Mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Capital Management and Investments:
• Manage capital, investments, and liquidity to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements for Role of Chief Financial Officer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in a comparable industry.
• Experience with financial IT systems and software.
