This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Marketing Manager
- Strategic Planning: Craft and implement marketing plans that align with their business goals and drive substantial growth.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand activities, ensuring a unified and powerful message across all platforms.
- Digital Marketing: Lead digital campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing, to boost their online engagement.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and the competitive landscape to shape effective strategies.
- Promotions & Advertising: Plan and execute promotional activities, collaborating with both external agencies and internal teams.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to develop marketing initiatives that align with sales objectives.
- Content Development: Create compelling content for websites, social media, and other promotional materials.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget with a focus on maximizing ROI through efficient resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
Requirements for Role of Marketing Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 2+ experience in strategic marketing, preferably within the Food & Beverages sector.
- Prior experience in delivering Total Brand Experience through all touch points.
- Experience on the agency side, particularly with platforms such as TikTok, Meta (Facebook), etc., is advantageous.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
