Responsibilities of CEO

The CEO will be responsible for leading and spearheading growth within the business as well as driving an innovative culture and making sure that continuous improvement is a big focus for the organization.
• This role will assist with developing and executing the company’s goals and long-term vision. There will be a focus on key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time with quality standards.

• In addition, the CEO will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members across the business. Being a C-suite level position, this role will mentor and motivate other staff members across the business.

Requirements Of CEO

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, management, finance or any other relevant field.
• 10 years previous experience working as a CEO or equivalent position.
• Experience within the ESG sector is preferred to be successful in this role.
• Previous experience preferably within scaleups/fast-paced start-ups.

Skills And Abilities Desired

• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Strategic thinker who has the ability to problem-solve when needed.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
