About the Role

The Campus Principal at Emirates National Schools in Dubai is responsible for the overall strategic leadership and operational management of the campus. Furthermore, this senior role encompasses full accountability for academic programs, staff performance, student welfare, and facility standards. The Campus Principal reports to the ENS Director General and works closely with all heads of school, department leaders, and community stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the campus including academic programs, staff, student welfare, and facilities.
• Set and implement strategic plans and goals in full alignment with the ENS institutional mission and vision.
• Lead curriculum development, quality assurance processes, and innovation in teaching and learning.
• Manage the campus budget, physical resources, and infrastructure planning.
• Recruit, develop, evaluate, and retain high-quality faculty and support staff.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, stakeholder engagement, and strong community relations.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards including KHDA requirements.
• Engage actively with parents, the local community, and external educational partners.
• Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and decisive problem-solving under pressure.
• Promote equity, inclusion, and student-centered approaches in all educational decisions.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Education, Leadership, Administration, or a related field.
• Substantial school leadership experience as Head of School, Principal, or Deputy Principal.
• Proven track record in both academic management and operational oversight.
• Strong financial, human resource, and facility management skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder relations, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Visionary leadership style with demonstrated capacity for change management.
• A current CV including educational background, leadership roles, and contact information for at least three professional referees.
