About the Role

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Dubai Autism Center will lead the design, implementation, and supervision of Applied Behavior Analysis programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Furthermore, this senior clinical role requires a BCBA-registered professional with a Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related area. Moreover, the BCBA will supervise ABA therapists, conduct functional behavior assessments, and develop comprehensive treatment plans. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic and creative leader passionate about delivering evidence-based autism interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and oversight of ABA therapy programs
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor ABA therapists, RBTs, and clinical support staff
• Monitor treatment fidelity and client progress across caseloads
• Develop individualized treatment goals and skill acquisition programs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on comprehensive care plans
• Provide parent training and family consultation services
• Maintain BCBA ethical standards and clinical best practices
• Contribute to program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related area
• Active BCBA registration and certification in good standing
• Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate team player
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
• Strong clinical leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience developing and managing ABA programs for children with ASD
