Mubadala Health (Danat Al Emarat) presently has a job opening for eligible candidate for position of an Analyst Business Intelligence (BI) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Mubadala Health is a health care network of Mubadala Investment Company. Established in 2021, Mubadala Health operates, manages & develops a portfolio of health care assets including Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Health point, Imperial College London Diabetes Centre (ICLDC), Amana Health care, National Reference Laboratory (NRL), Capital Health Screening Centre (CHSC), Abu Dhabi Telemedicine Centre (ADTC), Danat Al Emarat, Health Plus Diabetes & Endocrinology Center, Health Plus Family Clinics, Health Plus Fertility, Health Plus Women’s Health Center and Moorfields Eye Hospital Abu Dhabi.

Purpose of An Analyst Business Intelligence (BI)

• Driving data driven decision making and enable strategic insights within the organization.
• Gather, analyze & visualize complex data sets to provide actionable ideas that impact business performance and growth.
• Working with data structures & architecture for the contact center system & databases, linking data sources across network HIS (Health Information System) systems and producing BI (Business Intelligence) dashboards.
• Perform regular data hygiene and security check on all produced dashboards and contact center infrastructure.

Your Job Duties As An Analyst Business Intelligence (BI) At Mubadala Health Abu Dhabi, UAE

Data Governance & Quality

• Ensuring data accuracy and reliability improves the overall quality of data driven decision making.
• Aiding in establishment of data governance policy / best practices, enhances data integrity and trust and improved business processes.

Data Environment Organization

• Collaborating with data stewards, data owners and business stakeholders ensures that data architecture solutions align with organizational requirements.

Analysis & Reporting of Data

• By collecting and analyzing large volumes of data, patterns, trends and correlations can be identified, leading to actionable insights.
• Advanced reporting and dashboards tracking KPIs and metrics provide real time visibility into business performance, enabling informed decision making and proactive responses to business challenges.

Business Intelligence Development

• Developing data models, cubes and visualizations using BI tools empowers stake holders to explore data and gain insights independently.
• Robust BI solutions ensure the availability of accurate and secure data for analysis, enabling the organization to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Data Visualization & Communication

• Compelling visualizations, reports and presentations facilitate the understanding of complex data findings by stake holders at all levels.
• Effective communication of insights and recommendations to business leaders promotes data driven decision making and improves performance.

Organizational Culture & Compliance

• Adherence to ethical standards set by  organization.
• Adherence to MH values, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors.

Communication 

• Communicates with team members and maintains good inter functional liaison to ensure smooth operational activities.
• Communicates regulatory requirements in a timely and clear manner within the division.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Essential: Bachelors degree in data or IT fields.
• Preffered: Masters degree in data or IT field.

Experience

• Proven experience (2+ years) as an Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, and visualization
• 1-2 years experience in health care industry.
• Experience with data modeling and data integration.

Certification

• Microsoft Power BI Certified.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Strong skills in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M language and the ability to manipulate data and perform calculations in Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficiency in using BI tools & technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView or similar plat forms for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong problem solving skills and a strong understanding of business process and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
