Associate Payment Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank

Associate Payment at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is responsible to processing allcentrelaized back office operation functions with the department in line with the bank policy and procedure and within the agreed SLA. This is full time role and it was announced by the company on 12 February 2024.

Responsibilities of Associate Payment

• Account opening: Efficient in opening all types of CASA.
• Relationship maintenance: Efficient in processing all types of maintenance on the relationship.
• Term Deposit: Efficient in opening all types of TD.
• Support Unit functions: Efficient in handling support unit function and answering all types of inquires related to ( policy , procedure , processing).
• MOSA Relationship: Efficient in handling MOSA account opening, maintenance, salary payment.
• Bancaasurance: Efficient in handling the back office operation functions, reporting, follow up with business and service providers.
• Utility payment: Efficient in handling daily utility payment functions processing and reconciliation.
• Knowledge: Full awareness and adherence of bank policies, procedure, memos & circulars related to the given functions.
• Full awareness and adherence to the operating system have access to perform daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Performance management
• Monitor personal performance daily/weekly/monthly against the objective and assign targets.
• Take corrective action independently to improve individual performance/productivity.

Requirements of Associate Payment

• High School Graduate.
• 2 years of experience in similar role.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Basic Computer Skills, Business Communication Skills (written & spoken preferably English/ Arabic) .
