Associate Lending Services Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank

Associate Lending Services at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is responsible to issuance of release/clearance letters to all regular and delinquent customers. Also responsible to ensure all the maker/checker requirements are complied as per the SOP before issuing the release letter. If not, record the deficiencies and convey the reasons clearly to the respective unit/channel.

Responsibilities of Associate Lending Services

• Maker: Carry out the maker role for the release letters, liability letters, according to the responsibilities vested.
• Custodians of documents/instruments: Custodians of documents/instruments.
• Archival of files (internal/external): Store the files/documents in safe custody chubs or cupboards internally.
• Prepare the file for external archival and collect acknowledgement for the files handed over to the archival authority after verifying their identity.
• DDS/PDC Representation: Ensuring DDS/PDC’s are represented based on the requests from different initiators branches, contact center, collections etc.
• Reconciliations: Reconcile the collection online accounts used for funds transfer requests and the settlement and return cheque accounts to transfer the available funds for collection team.
• Maintaining reports/trackers: Maintain reports and tracker for logins, release letters, liability letters Central Bank listings, MIS reports.
• Preparing and printing of various letters: Prepare various letters issued by unit like Release letters, Liability Letters etc.
• Roles Reporting into this Role: If the role is of maker, there won’t be any repartees.

Role Requirements

The requirements of Associate Lending Services are as under:

• Graduation, A degree in Finance is preferable.
• (indicate years of experience required for the role as well) 1 year of retail banking experience.
