Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is presently recruiting suitably qualified and skilled candidate for the role of Assistant Server, Pool & Beach. Responsibilities of Assistant Server

• Server Assistant with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver from service as well as attend to guest needs and requests.
• Provide an expertly served dining experience conforming by clearing and resetting tables according to standards.
• Assist Pool and Beach Servers with taking food and drink orders from guests.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Clear and clean tables and chairs around the pool and beach area.
• Replenish towels, water glasses, and other amenities for guests.
• Provide friendly and courteous service to all guests, ensuring a positive Four Seasons experience.
• Set up and break down poolside furniture and equipment.
• Assist with the preparation of poolside food and beverage stations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Four Seasons hygiene and safety standards.
• Stock coolers and beverage stands with ice, water, and other essentials.
• Report any broken equipment or maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.

Requirements of Assistant Server

The requirements of Assistant Server, Pool & Beach are as under:

• High School diploma or equivalent or vocational training in hospitality or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Can work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced demanding environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role within 5* luxury hotel/brand standalone restaurant.
• Must be fluent in Russian or Arabic languages.
