Accor Hotels is presently hiring for the role of an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The incumbent will be responsible to effectively supervise operations of Godiva Cafe at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR. This job has just been posted by the hotel and is welcoming applications from all eligible aspirants.
Responsibilities of An Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Opening and closing the Cafe.
- Appointing, inducting and mentoring new staff members.
- Scheduling shifts and assigning tables to Godiva Team.
- Resolving guest questions in a professional manner.
- Conducting payroll activities in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensuring that the Cafe adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
- Recording all income and expenses and ensuring that cash registers are balanced.
Qualification Requirements for Role of Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Bachelors degree or diploma in hospitality management, restaurant management or culinary arts.
- 2 years of previous supervisory experience, preferably within a Lobby Cafes and restaurants.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
- Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
- Innovative, trustworthy and impartial.
- Knowledge of Russian or Turkish languages.
