Qualifications

• PhD in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field

• Demonstrated excellence in teaching

• Strong commitment to high quality research

• Proven record of curriculum development and innovative teaching

• Portfolio of scholarly research with publications in peer reviewed journals

• Industry experience, consultancy, or professional service is highly desirable

• At least two years of teaching experience in accredited higher education

• Ability to integrate industry insights into curriculum design and instruction

• Capacity to contribute to departmental service and program development

• Professional proficiency in English, both oral and written

• Arabic language skills are a plus
