The job holder will be responsible for supporting the overall operational efficiency and guest satisfaction by overseeing various departments and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities of Assistant Operations Manager

• As an Assistant Operations Manager for Imperial Club, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager.
• Imperial Club Services in overseeing the operation across the lounges and lobby coordinating and monitoring all guests.
• Arrival, departure to ensure that in-house guest experiences are as per resort standards.
• Your responsibilities include supporting with training and developing team members, coordinating employees’ schedules.
• Ensuring that company standard operating procedures, policies, and procedures are being followed and consistently implemented.
• Finally, you will help to deliver outstanding guest service, and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements of Assistant Operations Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• The ideal candidate will have experience within a luxury hotel, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Hospitality.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• To be successful in this role you will also have acquired knowledge within the Rooms, Front Office Division and crossed over into F&B.
• The ability to excel working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple business requirements whilst exceeding guest satisfaction will also be a key part of this exciting role.
