Job Purpose of An Assistant Nurse (Paediatric Ward)

  • Provide and coordinate patient centric and evidence based nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Ensure compliance to ethical & professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.

Your Job Duties As An Assistant Nurse (Paediatric Ward) in Mediclinic Parkview Hospital Dubai

  • Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation.
  • Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with appropriate MCME risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
  • Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
  • Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence.

  •  Nursing Diploma

Experience

  • At least two year’s in own country (UAE experience would be beneficial).
