Responsibilities of Assistant Nurse

  • Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.
  • Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation.
  • Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with appropriate MCME risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
  • Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
  • Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence.

Eligibility Criteria

Following are the qualifications and experience for the role of Assistant Nurse:

  • Nursing Diploma.
  • At least two years of experience in own country.
  • UAE experience would be beneficial.

Job Skills & Knowledge

  • Knowledge of nursing protocols.
  • Knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organizational and Interpersonal skills.
