Job Purpose of An Assistant Analyst

• Reporting to Head of IS Programs and Projects.
• Responsible for managing procurement requests such as requisitioning and receiving for all related information security services.
• Working closely with Information Security Project Managers and teams, to ensure IS programs and projects comply with governance requirements and policies.
• Assist the team in maintaining a high standard of quality and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Duties of An Assistant Analyst

• Responsible for creating purchase requisitions in the system and following up with VMCP to ensure timely approval.
• Responsible for collecting completion certificates to ensure goods/services receipt is recorded in the system with all supporting documents.
• Supporting the administration of project financial reporting and reviewing the department budget and expenditures.
• Maintaining project documentation including project charters, schedules, risks logs and approvals for changes.
• Conducting periodic reviews of projects to ensure they adhere to established governance policies and procedures.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant field.

Experience

• 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Good interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Willing to learn about information security processes and technologies.
