Analyst – Customer Care

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries from sources like Central Bank (CBUAE), media, and high-value clients.
  • Give customers complaint reference numbers and expected resolution dates.
  • Look into customer issues and work with other teams to fix them.
  • Take steps to stop complaints from happening again.
  • Update the Interact Appzone system every day to track complaint status.
  • Handle fee refunds for accounts and cards following ADCB’s rules.
  • Check customer satisfaction levels to fix problems quickly.
  • Keep accurate records in the Interact Appzone customer care system.
  • Join training sessions to learn about banking products and services.
  • Limit reopened complaints by doing careful investigations.
  • Follow ADCB’s guidelines for account refunds and approvals.
  • Team up with others to improve service and keep customers loyal.
  • Share regular updates on complaints with customers and internal logs.
  • Maintain high service quality and manage risks effectively.
  • Help improve ADCB’s digital banking through better customer service.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Economics, Customer Service, or a similar field.

Experience

4 years working in customer service for financial services, preferably in a bank branch, call centre, or quality control team.

Skills

  • Clear and polite communication with customers.
  • Good problem-solving for tricky issues.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work well in a busy team setting.
  • Careful attention to detail for accurate records.
  • Strong time management to meet deadlines.

Knowledge
