Tayer Group is currently looking for an Administration Assistant who will be responsible to manage general administrative functions of Al Tayer Stocks and provide effective administrative support in the areas of employee relation. Responsibilities of Administration Assistant
- Coordinate with human resources and admin department for arranging medical insurance card/ claim, Labor card, ATM card etc.
- Manage the schedule of the drivers and allocate responsibilities on basis of the requisitions received from the different department to ensure optimum utilization of their time.
- Manage and administer leave of all workers including posting of leave, arranging annual leave ticket, keep track of unauthorized absenteeism and coordinate with site manager/HR to initiate suitable disciplinary / corrective action if required.
- Clarify all employee queries regarding salary, leave, OT & ticket entitlements.
- Receive stationary requisitions from the internal departments, issue them, and maintain stock record & monitor reorder level.
- Provide monthly reports to payroll with regard to employee’s attendance, overtime, leave and all related information.
- Assist with front desk operations as and when required.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of an Administration Assistant are as under:
- Education or Certification and Continued Education.
- Minimum “A” level or Graduate in any discipline.
- 0- 2 years of experience in similar role.
