Duties of An Admin Support Executive

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
• Responsible for maintaining and booking of conference room.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Responsible for cheque distribution as and when required.
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
• Receive and sort daily mail or deliveries or couriers.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of an Admin Support Executive are as under:

• Minimum a High School.
• 2 years of previous experience in similar role.
