Job Role of An AC Technician

Install, maintain and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

Your Job Duties As An AC Technician At NMC Royal Hospital Dubai, UAE

• To maintain day to day AC log books and to follow the schedules for the maintenance.
• To check and clean the filters regularly and to maintain the system healthy all the time.
• To maintain all HVAC related equipment such as air handling units, fan coil units, deep freezers, split ACs, air curtains, refrigerators etc.
• To carry out routine PPM as per the schedule / breakdown maintenance.
• To actively involve in evolving long term planning for improvement in the system.
• Change the filters yearly as per the schedule.
• To follow the throw checking and maintain the documents related to the HVAC systems.
• To be soundly knowledgeable in repairing of split units, DX units, pumps, AHU’s, FAHU’s and refrigerators including the medical refrigerators.
• To maintain the stock of the items and inform the maintenance in charge to arrange for necessary materials.
• To convey day to day problems to the maintenance in charge.
• To carry out necessary preventive maintenance on all AC equipment’s.
• To perform any related job or work when assigned by the head of the Department.
• To be ready to do the task regardless of time to attend the emergency calls for any issues.
• To carry out the any other task related to the building maintenance assigned by the supervisors.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Technical Diploma or training in repairing HVAC equipment

Experience

• At least 3 years experience in same field.

Lingual Skills

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Arabic language is advantageous but not essential.
