AC Technician Accor Hotel Dubai

AC Technician at Accor Hotel Dubai is responsible to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in an Accor hotel in Dubai, ensuring guest comfort and safety. The vacancy was announced by the hotel on March 22, 2024.

Responsibilities of Technician

• To keep all air conditioning and refrigeration equipment in good state of maintenance and repair.
• To check frequently all major air handling units for correct function and performance, cleanliness of filters, drive belt tension, and lubrication of bearings.
• To perform regular preventive maintenance of all air handling units and refrigeration equipment in accordance with the schedule.
• To check daily temperatures of all refrigerated stores and inspect the respective condensing units for proper function.
• To carry out repairs to air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment when necessary.
• To be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observe these meticulously at all times.
• To observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work.
• To ensure cleanliness of appearance and uniform, particularly when working in guest areas.

Requirements of  Technician

• Technical diploma/certification or vocational education or training.
• 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
• Working knowledge of boiler systems.
• Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
