Looking for ABA Therapist jobs in Dubai? Dubai Autism Center is currently hiring an experienced ABA Therapist to join their therapy team in Dubai, UAE. Additionally, this full-time position is available for immediate start and offers the chance to apply behavioral science techniques with children on the Autism Spectrum.
About the Role
The ABA Therapist at Dubai Autism Center will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Furthermore, this role requires a qualified professional with demonstrable ABA work experience and a passion for evidence-based behavioral interventions. Moreover, the therapist will implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This position is ideal for a dedicated clinician committed to achieving measurable outcomes for children with autism.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with ASD
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions
- Monitor client progress and report outcomes to the clinical team
- Support skill acquisition programs targeting communication and social skills
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families on treatment goals
- Participate in team meetings and case review discussions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and session records
- Contribute to parent training and generalization of learned skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Sciences, Psychology, Nursing, or Education
- Trained in Applied Behavior Analysis, RBT certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable ABA work experience with ASD
- DHA License or Eligibility Letter required
- Strong data collection and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
