As a Key Account Manager at MMI in 5th Floor, Emirates Holiday Building, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates., candidate will play a critical role in growing market share and driving revenue by developing and implementing business strategies for On-Trade sales, managing key accounts and building customer relationships. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Key Account Manager
- Drive revenue and profit targets within assigned territory by fostering strong relationships with key customers.
- Implement MMI’s On Trade strategic initiatives, ensuring key brand distribution, volume, and activation targets are consistently achieved.
- Utilize and update the CRM system to maximize business opportunities and meet pre-agreed account objectives and KPIs.
- Collaborate with category managers across spirits, wine, and beer teams to ensure timely implementation of activations and promotions.
Requirements for Role of Key Account Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 2-3 years of wine selling experience and 3 years in Key Account Management.
- WSET Level 2 or an equivalent globally recognized level of training in wines and spirits.
- A valid driving license.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Demonstrated analytical thinking with a proven track record in strategic planning and strong commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of wines and spirits, essential for maximizing MMI’s share in key outlets and product lists.
