Job Title

Registered Nurse / ER

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch emergency care to patients in a pinch.
  • Team up with doctors and nurses to stabilize folks fast.
  • Spot risks early to keep patients safe and sound.
  • Stick to UAE health rules and Mediclinic’s care standards.
  • Guide new nurses or trainees during hectic shifts.
  • Create a warm vibe for patients and their families.
  • Jot down patient care notes clearly and quickly.
  • Stay steady when the ER gets wild and busy.
  • Pitch in on team talks to smooth out ER workflows.
  • Jump into emergencies with speed and smarts.
  • Use gear like heart monitors or IV pumps with ease.
  • Keep up with the latest ER protocols and practices.
  • Work shifts, including nights or holidays, as needed.
  • Flag equipment issues or safety concerns to the boss.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is a must.

Experience

At least 2 years of nursing, ideally in ER or hospital settings; UAE experience is a plus.

Skills:

  • Quick thinking to make smart calls in the ER fray.
  • Team spirit to click with the medical crew.
  • Clear communication with patients and colleagues.
  • Sharp eye for catching patient condition changes.
