Job Description

LuLu Group International is presently hiring qualified candidates for the job role of a Leasing Manager at Building, Y Tower, Al Nahyan, E25, Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a Senior level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 15000-30000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Leasing Manager

  • Developing a comprehensive leasing strategy for the appointed retail asset.
  • Source retail concepts, provide a detailed analysis of the concepts including financial projections and suitability based on the retail mix and approved budget
  • Manage and oversee the daily activities of the leasing operations team in line with the organizations policies and standards.
  • End to end negotiations of lease process.
  • Provide detailed reports for management as per company process.
  • Present to the management on retail trends and develop business plans reflective of current market demands as required.
  • To attend all necessary training, seminars, conventions and other sessions as deemed necessary for the duties assigned to the position.
  • Responsible for all leasing tasks, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
  • Manage the productivity and financial performance of the leasing operations department, monitoring trends in the marketplace.
  • Maintain excellent relationship with all the stakeholders especially with Tenants, Contractors for smooth operation.

Requirements for Role of Leasing Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail leasing & shopping malls.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Must possess excellent presentation, interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must possess excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work hard and smart under pressure.
