Job Description
Risk & BCM Analyst at LuLu Group International in Building, Y Tower, Al Nahyan, E25, Abu Dhabi, UAE will be responsible for supporting the ERM function in the implementation of the Lulu group Risk management strategy, overseeing the collection of data and liaising with departments for relevant department information for risk monitoring and reporting activities as required by the senior management and assist in the development and implementation of business continuity, and disaster recovery framework to ensure the resilience and continuity of organization’s operations. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Risk & BCM Analyst
- Perform review and updates to risk registers in line with the Enterprise Risk Management policy for reporting to the risk owners, and relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the mitigations contained within key risks register are updated frequently so that delays can be escalated through risk management reporting process.
- Assist in the development, update, and maintain the organization’s Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) policies and frameworks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. That could impact business operations and work closely with various departments to assess risks associated. With critical business functions, technologies, and third-party vendors.
- Assist in the execution of comprehensive Business Impact Analyses (BIA) for all departments, focusing on identifying critical functions, RTO, RPO, and acceptable downtime.
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements for enhanced resilience and design, implement. And maintain business recovery strategies to minimize operational disruptions during incidents.
- Facilitate regular ITDR tests, coordinating with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure smooth execution and accurate documentation of test results.
- Maintain and update the emergency call trees for effective communication during incidents.
Requirements for Role of Risk & BCM Analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Risk & Business Continuity Analyst.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Understanding of practices, concepts, and trends in Risk & BCM domain.
- In-depth knowledge of risk and BCM frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 22301, SCA guidelines, NCEMA, COSO, ISO 31000, etc.).
- Highly capable using the Microsoft Office suite (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Strong oral and written communication.
