Job Description
Jumbo Group is seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the manpower and staffing industry, specializing in white-collar roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and establish their organization as a market leader. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-30000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Business Development Manager
- Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and target potential clients in industries requiring white-collar staffing solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, secure meetings, and close deals.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Account Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of issues.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional staffing solutions to existing clients.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to meet both client needs and organizational objectives.
- Market Insights & Strategy
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide input for the development of new service offerings based on market demands.
- Collaboration With Internal Teams
- Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze sales metrics, such as revenue, client acquisition, and retention rates.
- Regularly report progress to senior management and recommend strategies for improvement.
Requirements for Role of Business Development Manager
- Any bachelor’s degree, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development within the staffing/manpower industry, with a focus on white-collar roles.
Skills And Knowledge Desired

- Strong understanding of staffing solutions and workforce trends in white-collar industries.
