Job Description

NMC Healthcare is looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Call Centre Agent at NMC Royal Hospital, Sharjah, UAE. This is an Entry level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 3000-5000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process. This vacancy was announced on November 23, 2024. Responsibilities

Answers telephones and schedules appointments for clinic visit, as required and in accordance with the hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
Performs clerical duties as assigned.
Assists in training new hires as directed.
Makes telephone confirmation for the scheduled appointments, clinic cancellation, rescheduling, and follow up with missed appointments.
Accepts assignments as designated by the Call Centre Supervisor.
Adheres to the hospital / departmental policies and procedures.
Recognizes the cultural needs of the patients .
Perform any other customer support related duty as assigned by the higher authorities.
