Responsibilities of Office Assistant
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing system.
- Recording information as needed.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.

- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.

Requirements of Office Assistant
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 – 2 Years of experience in similar role.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Candidates should be able to Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)
