Responsibilities of Office Assistant
- Provide general administrative support to the bank’s office, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns.
- Manage communication channels, including phone calls and emails, to facilitate effective internal and external communication.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements of Office Assistant
