Job Description
Seddiqi Holding is looking for an experienced Human Resources Executive – employee experience (4 months contract) who will be responsible for providing and overseeing HR operational activities as well as acting as the point of contact for Seddiqi Holding Employees. This is an Intermediate level 4 months Contract job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Human Resources Executive
- Administer end to end on-boarding activities: Facilitate joining formalities and onboarding arrangements including, conduct reference checks for all prospective employees. Communicate with respective departments to ensure facilities are available upon commencement of employment and prepare joining announcements and business cards. Coordinate with Training Team on Induction schedule, new hire documentation and welcome kits. Intimate Payroll and IT of joining dates to ensure timely employee enrolment and attendance registration. Data entry for joiners in the SAP SF HRSS systems as a part of the onboarding process and ensuring data integrity on the module.
- Administer off-boarding activities: Prepare employee separation documentation; administer retirement process; arrange for exit interviews and update the forms in the system, consolidate findings and generate reports; liaise with PRO team to ensure timely processing of cancellation/repatriation formalities. Prepare separation announcements. Intimate Payroll and IT to ensure timely system updates and deactivation. Ensure timely update and maintenance of respective trackers.
- Ensure timely assistance are provided to colleagues on SAP SF HRSS requests related to issuance of letters/certificates and medical insurance.
- Oversee and support issuance of bank loan applications, letters requested and bank verification emails / calls in a timely and accurate basis.
- Provide support to the HC team including memos, reports, name badge, email correspondence, presentations, transfers etc.
- Prepare employee census information for Emirati/UAE National employees’ pension enrollment & cancellation.
- Facilitate annually with Admin & Procurement team on final review of employee eligibility before final sign off for insurance renewal.
- Updating of all relevant trackers and reports on a timely basis along with conducting analysis and metrics to identify gaps and areas of improvement.
- Support and manage employee filing on a regular basis ensuring the confidentiality and accuracy is maintained.
Requirements for Role of Human Resources Executive
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years job related experience in a similar position.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in HR Services or HR Operations.
