Role of Technician Biomedical

Responsible for maintenance of all Biomedical equipment and keep it in good working condition. The job holder will also install the equipment, prepare performance reports and instruct the users about its use and care.

Responsibilities of Technician Biomedical

• Performing Preventive maintenance of the medical equipment as per the Manufacturer recommendations and as per the Hospital Policies and Procedures.
• Assist Senior Biomedical Engineer on solving the problems related to Medical Equipment.
• Maintaining the inventory of the equipment.
• Keeping record of recalibrated devices, faulty components and equipment repairs.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
