Purpose of An Technician

• Maintain and repair cooling systems.
• Cleaning air quality equipment and performing maintenance procedures as well as providing emergency repairs.
• Knowing customers about their HVAC needs, perform maintenance and installations as needed.
• Prioritize calls based on business goals.

Job Responsibilities of An Technician (HVAC) At Transguard Group Dubai (UAE)

• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC system.
• Should have knowledge for principles of AC unit repair and maintenance, including controls, MSDS sheets, safety practices / procedures and tools used.
• Installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing AC.
• Ventilating equipment and controls to ensure that they operate efficiently.
• Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.
• Conduct performance tests with specific tools and adjust system settings.
• Travel to different Locations throughout the day and determine problems.

Experience & Qualification

Qualification

• Certification or associate degree from an HVAC program at a technical school.

Experience

• Proven work experience of 3-4 years as an HVAC Technician or similar role.

Licensing

• Driving license will be a plus point.

Skill Desired

• Ability to work on holidays, weekends and after hours with little or no notice.
