Oversee and implement Group HR transformation projects from initiation to completion.
Job Duties of A People & Culture Project Manager At Galadari Brothers Group
- Lead the planning, execution & successful delivery of all Group HR transformation projects.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR leadership, IT and cross functional teams to gather requirements, communicate project updates and manage expectations.
- Develop and implement a robust change management strategy to facilitate the smooth transition from current processes to the new transformed state. This will include the development and delivery of communications and training material.
- Evaluate existing HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Provide leadership in communicating the benefits & impacts of HR transformation to all stakeholders.
- Oversee the implementation of new HR technologies and processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team to define technical requirements and ensure the successful deployment of HR technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including projects plans, status reports and risk assessments.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or a related field.
- 5 plus years experience in automating processes and leading transformation projects from initiation to completion
- 15 plus years of HR experience. Middle East and Family owned business experience would be ideal.
- Experience developing performance metrics and reporting.
- Demonstrated change management experience, guiding teams through cultural and organizational shifts.
Skills Required
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Technical proficiency in HR technologies (Oracle would be ideal).
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems and best practice.
