Job Description

Working as a Senior Creative Manager at Faces(flagship brand linked to Chalhoub Group) candidate will be accountable for building, defining, delivering and executing a 360 brand and creative strategy for Faces. Candidate will act as the guardian of the Faces Brand identity and equity and be responsible for ensuring Faces has exceptional creative concepts that will break the boundaries of the beauty industry. This vacancy was posted by Sarah KettlewellTalent Attraction Manager – PEOPLE & CULTURE.

Responsibilities of Senior Creative Manager

  • Implement an omnichannel brand vision and creative strategy in line with Faces brand DNA, with a focus on localization by market.
  • Ability to develop and execute 360 campaigns with an integrated and cohesive approach.
  • Build a transformative creative strategy. Ensures all content is always on Brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice and optimized for all channels.
  • Strong story-telling skills and ability to think differently.
  • Ensure accountability and sign off of any assets that go live on behalf of Faces Brand .
  • Create assets and ideas that attract customers to convert on all key channels.
  • Keeping up with creative trends that are happening within and outside the industry.
  • Provide creative insights and recommendations to the user experience and marketing team/s to drive business objectives.
  • Have a holistic approach with creative outputs which includes acting as the guardian for all creative copy that is developed.
  • Ensure complete alignment with annual Category Management strategy to ensure key brands and products are central to creative prioritization.

Requirements for Role of Senior Creative Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in Managerial.
  • Previous experience in developing and executing brand and creative campaigns and strategies.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Ability to create and assess all formats of creative of 360 campaigns (design, video/, editing, packaging, VM, UX) .
  • Ready to break the boundaries and inspire teams (award-winning work is a PLUS!).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams.
