UI/UX Designer BFL Group Dubai

BFL Group is currently hiring skilled and motivated candidate for the job role of UI/UX Designer in TechnoPark, Dubai, UAE. This is an Entry level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 6000-12000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of UI/UX Designer

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and interaction flows.
• Design user interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms, ensuring consistency and usability across all touchpoints.
• Develop visual design guidelines, patterns, and style libraries to maintain a cohesive brand identity and user experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
• Providing solutions to weak points and redesigning mobile and web applications that are concerned with the user experience.
• Create the required design according to the specific need of each project and throughout the application development life cycle.
• Implementing and creating user interface design, guidelines and different aspects of the prototypes and mock-ups.
• Creating prototypes to represent a compelling UX, and create a high-fidelity design to showcase the output Final project.

Requirements for Role of UI/UX Designer

• A Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative process.
• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms, with a focus on responsive design principles.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design fundamentals, and interaction design concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
