Job Purpose of A Customer Experience Specialist

Responsible to enhance customer interactions and satisfaction to ensure a positive experience with the municipality’s services.

Job Duties of A Customer Experience Specialist

• Prepare the customer experience strategy.
• Provide services to customers and prepare plans to improve them.
• Develop and improve customer services delivery channels.
• Develop & improve communication points with customers.
• Conduct periodic analysis of observations, opinions, public opinion reports and customers feelings about services.
• Application of best practices at local levels to support improvement of the customer experience through strong communication & partnerships.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations or public administration.

Experience

• 8 plus of experience in similar field.

Nationality

• Preferably UAE national.
