Senior Sales Engineer HVAC Retrofit at Johnson Controls will report directly to the Sales Manager, Aftermarket HVAC. As part of a growing team, role holder will be responsible for delivering a sales target in Dubai & Northern Emirates regions across the HVAC portfolio. Role holder will be focused on selling HVAC turnkey solutions and products, promoting JCI energy-saving retrofits, and growing our market share with new business customers. As a member of this team, candidate will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate new business.

Duties of Senior Sales Engineer for HVAC Retrofit

• Focused on selling HVAC turnkey solutions and products, promoting JCI energy-saving retrofits, and growing our market share with new business customers.
• Work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate new business.
• As an HVAC Retrofit ,you generate, qualify, and close new sales opportunities by creating competitive, high-quality proposals.
• Install base and client portfolio to promote our JCI HVAC solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, and leveraging  deep market knowledge of competitor’s strategies, products and services.
• Focused on seeking and developing long-term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth.
• Perform any other sales related duty.

  Requirements for Role Senior Sales Engineer for HVAC Retrofit

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC retrofit experience.
• UAE driving license is a must.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Ability to design technical solutions, select equipment and advise customers on solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering sales within Dubai & NE Region.
• Determined, results-driven, and strong sales drive.
• Determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills.
